Returns and Exchanges

- Once you have received an RA number, securely package your item(s), include a copy of your order invoice, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure your package reaches us safely.
- Refunds and Exchanges:

- If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement item when requesting an RA number. Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
